Fast Track Training 
 

Fast Track Training gives newly licensed agents the ability to rapidly accelerate to "full associate" commission status. Agents joining Shepherd Brokers.com GMAC Real Estate Fast Track Program are hand-selected from applicants interested in working at Shepherd Brokers.com because of their professionalism, honesty and integrity.

During the first weeks of training, the agent will complete the Shepherd Brokers.com GMAC Real Estate Academy Course. The course will provide you with the knowledge and confidence needed to quickly begin earning money in the Real Estate business.

The Power Prospecting System will also be introduced. This system is designed to help the new agent develop ongoing, reliable sources of business leads, increase a sphere of influence, build an active prospect source network and cultivate long-term relationships with customers.
