The plan begins with a $20,400** Company Cap, paid as follows:
Associate receives 70%
Company retains 30% up to $20,400**
Nominal 7% franchise fee will be deducted prior to split
Thereafter:
Associate receives 98%, after franchise fee deduction
Company retains 2% on remainder of commissions earned during fiscal year.
